初年度の年会費は頂いておりません。
次年度から4月(3月27日振替分)に口座振替にて￥1,000（税込￥1,100）を月会費と併せてお支払い頂きます。
No annual member ship fee is reauired for the 1st fiscal year.
From the second fiscal year, annual membership fee, 1,000yen (1,100yen including tax) will be charged to your bank account on 27 Mar together with the monthly membership fee.

練習会場は浦和駒場体育館ですが設備には次のようなものが備わっています。
Lessons are taken place in Urawa Komaba Gymnasium which is equipped with following facilities.

• 無料駐車場60台完備
  car parking
• シャワールーム
  shower rooms
• ウェイトトレーニングルーム（サンドバッグあり）
  ※さいたま市内の方なら￥100、市外の方は￥150で施設の設備を使うことが可能です。
  weight training room with a sandbag
  (100yen for Saitama residents and 150yen for non-Saitama residents)

※ 月会費の支払いは、銀行引き落としとさせていただきます。
Membership fee to be automatic payment from bank account

※ 口座振替手数料：￥200（税込￥220）口座からの引き落としの際に、毎月口座振替手数料がかかります。
Bank transfer charge, ￥200 (￥200 incl. tax) will be deducted together with the monthly membership fee.

※ 月謝の引き落としができず未納が発生した場合、未納金を銀行振込以外の方法でお支払いいただく場合には、遅延損害金￥500（税込み￥550）をお支払いいただきます。
If monthly membership fee is not successfully transferred and paid in cash, late charge, ￥500 (￥550 incl. tax) will be charged together with the monthly membership fee.

※ 銀行口座引き落とし手続きには、2ヶ月程度かかるため、3ヶ月目から引き落としが実施されます。
そのため、最初に2ヶ月分の会費を現金でお支払いいただいています。
As it takes 2months before starting automatic payment, you are requested to pay monthly membership fee for 2months when you start by cash.

入会時に必要なもの
Things to be prepared for starting

1. 月会費（2ヶ月分)＋登録料
   membership fee for 2months + registration fee
2. 銀行の名称・支店名・口座番号が分かる物 (通帳など)
   cash card or a document to verify your bank name, branch name and account No.
3. 銀行届け印
   seal registered in your bank
4. 身分証明書のコピー(免許証など)
   copy of your ID

※免許証やパスポート以外の顔写真のない身分証明書の場合は、顔写真が1枚必要です。
（スピード写真可）
In case your ID doesn't have a photo, please prepare your face photo.

※グローブは少数しかご用意しておりませんのでお買求め下さい。
ジムでも販売致しております。
As we do not have enough boxing gloves for all members, please preare your own gloves (you can order them at the gym).

※動きやすい服装とタオル・滑り止め付き軍手をご用意ください。
Please prepare sports outfit, a towel and a non-slip cotton work gloves to wear under boxing gloves.

小学校高学年以上でしたら入会可能です。
To become a member, you need to be older than 10years old (5th grade of elementary school).
